Today our sweet baby crossed over the Rainbow Bridge and Gentle Goodbye was so amazing. They were kind, compassionate, understanding and walked us through every step of the process. And they took such good care of our sweet girl all the way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better service or a more thoughtful way for her to go. Thank you from the bottom of hearts for being there for us.

We cannot be more grateful to Gentle Goodbyes. The care and compassion they showed from the first heartbreaking phone call we had to make, to the second heartbreaking phone call to ask them to move up our appointment because she was getting worse and then to the care they showed us when they came to our home - we cannot say enough about how much we appreciate you all! You made made the best out of the worst situation. We are so grateful to have you be part of this journey. Thank you so much for all you do!

It was the hardest decision we had ever made as a family , to let our Molly girl be at rest. She had been suffering for a long time and it broke our hearts to watch her struggle with everyday activities and be in pain. Gentle Goodbyes was the best decision we could of made for this difficult time in our lives. They are caring , patient & understanding. The made the process of saying goodbye a bit easier and special. Molly passed over the rainbow bridge on September 30th 2023. She will be forever missed and loved.

We are so grateful that we found Gentle Goodbyes on the sad day we realized we had to put our cat down. They were so kind, caring, and professional. This service was absolutely worth it to give our loved one a peaceful goodbye.

On August 20th 2023 we had to send my beautiful boy Gunner over the Rainbow Bridge. We decided we wanted him to be at home with all of us surrounding him with love. Gentle Goodbyes was amazing. They are very compassionate and give you all the time you need with your fur baby. I will never take my pets to a vet clinic where they are stressed out already just being there. Home is where they need to be. Thank you Gentle Goodbyes for sending our boy peacefully with no stress on him.I will continue to use you if I ever have to make this decision again.

Although we miss him terribly, we do not regret for a second having our Snickers pass away in his home where he was comfortable and felt safe and loved. We’d like to thank Gentle Goodbyes, especially Dr. Shackelford and Raylene, for their kindness, compassion, and respect while they helped our dear Snickers cross the rainbow bridge. We were in awe of the way they got down on the floor, by Snickers’s bed, talked us through each step, lit a candle, and compassionately helped him sleep while we petted and loved on him. They made a very difficult and heartbreaking decision doable. Thank you Gentle Goodbyes for your wonderful services!

Copper crossed the rainbow bridge this morning with the help of Dr. Shackleford of Gentle Goodbyes. The care and compassion was beyond measure. We will miss you Copper! Thank you Dr. Shackleford for your caring. I don't know what we would have done without you.
